Charleston Airport Parking, (Save Up to 80%)

I called Park n Go Friday , 16JAN2026 @ 12:01 pm . I was trying to use my free parking vouchers that was granted to me from the manager from a mistake one of their team member made. The representative told me Park n Go was sold and that they are not currently parking cars. Now, it is today, 19JAN26 @ 5:33 pm and I am at the airport return from my trip. And I see their van picking up people. I don't understand why they lied. Or they didn't want to honor the free voucher. I should have known he was lying because if the company was sold why continue to answer the phone and provide customer service.

I was sorry to learn Park n Go has been sold and will no longer exists. The staff were always polite and I felt a welcome home each time. I apologize for missing names. But I want to acknowledge Michelle and Harp as being exceptional. This is a loss to our community and I hope the company will return as it did previously. I wish the best to all the employees and will keep my "punched cards" just in case for the future!

I've relied on them for a few years to get back to and from the airport in a fast and timely manner. I would recommend them for your parking needs!

We had a great experience with this company. The price was reasonable, our car was well taken care of during our ten day vacation. Michele picked us up promptly at the airport with almost no waiting. We will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

This was a wonderful experience. Michelle was an absolute delight. She picked me and my boyfriend up from a late flight this morning from Jamaica and when I say I’ve never seen someone happier and just an overall joy. She made us feel so comfortable, had great conversation and sold us on using this service again. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

They are very polite and dependable. They need to know your time of departure and return and if you give them your flight info they can then know if there is delay. Obviously they aren’t there all night if they have no one scheduled. So you have to communicate. I have used this service for years without a hitch and it is wonderful to be dropped off at the door without lugging bags through the airport parking lot. And people, please tip them. And no, I have no relation to this business, I just want them to continue to do well.

I would give 10 starts if I could! We had planned to fly to Rhode Island. Hart took us to the airport and dropped us off in front on Wednesday evening. He was polite and helped us with our bags. He drove us safely and in a nice, comfy SUV. Well, for reasons that are waaaay too numerous to list here (weather, delays, cancellations, maintenance, to name a very few), we ended up, after an unplanned, sleepless, overnight stay at Hotel Airport, deciding to drive back home. My husband called OC (on short notice, mind you), who was already on his way to pick up another customer to drive her back to her car. OC drove us back to Park & Go, and another kind gentleman, whose name I did not get, very quickly retrieved our car and drove it to the front. They could have charged us the entire amount but did not. Of our almost-24-hour ordeal, Park & Go was the bright shining highlight! They are prompt, safe, trustworthy, polite, and honest! For locals taking a flight, this far exceeds parking at the airport, Ubering, or asking someone to drop you off and pick you up. It’s truly a value and convenience. IF we ever decide to fly again, we will definitely use Park & Go!

Outstanding service!!! Michelle went way beyond her job responsibilities. Our flight from Atlanta was cancelled and we got a much later flight to Chs. Michelle stayed way after closing and picked us up so we could retrieve our vehicle and get home. Without her help we probably would have stayed at the airport until morning. GREAT JOB MICHELLE !!! This morning we dropped our ACE rental car here because ACE wasn’t open to finish our rental period. The man, sorry I didn’t catch your name, at 7:00am loaded our luggage in his van and took us directly to the airport. He made our transfer painless and was a joy to visit with him. His service was top notch.

Very efficient and personable service. When you come back from your trip, you call them and they come real quickly. If you tell them when you are coming back, your car is out of their lot and waiting for you ready to go in front of their building. So, you pay and go immediately. I would highly recommend make a reservation because it is such an easy process and it ensures that you do have a spot.

Don't let the building/location dissuade you from using the location. The location is safe; vehicle was fine when we returned. The staff is friendly and service prompt. The price is much better than the airport, and I was surprised at my discount when I returned from my trip. I chose the location, and my friends were so happy with the service especially when we didn't have to worry about parking and walking to the terminal. Will definitely use them again.

I am way overdue, but here goes: Park & Go was overall wonderful to me when I ended up coming in a day late because my flight was cancelled. My car was waiting for me right up front and I was received with smiles by the driver who picked me up as well as the staff out the counter- very welcoming after driving for 9 hours straight. But one employee who really was an amazing person was Antonio. He drove me to the airport very early; I was tired and a family member had just died. He was so warm and gave me a very comforting talk on my way to the airport. When I picked up my car, he left me a very heartfelt and encouraging note. I cannot even begin to say how touched I was (and still am, this was about 4 months ago) that this man left such a beautiful message for a complete stranger. If you are the owner and read this review, know that you have some employees with hearts of gold. Not to mention the after-visit phone call which was nice. I would also like to mention the lovely woman at the front desk who was warm, kind and extremely professional.

My husband and I have used Park and Go's services twice, and we'll come back next trip, too! All of the staff is friendly and helpful. We've never had to wait an inordinate amount of time to get checked in and into the van headed to the airport, and we receive the same good service when we return. They also offer discounts for repeat customers. You can't beat that!

I recently used Park & Go since the Ubers and Lyfts have gotten way out of hand with rates. I dropped the car off and met a cheerful team who collected all the details for my trip so they could decide where best to park it. They then transferred me to the airport in their van. Total time spent from drop off to arrival at airport was 15-20 minutes which is totally acceptable. As it turns out my flight was delayed several times and then cancelled so I had to wait another day to travel. I called Park & Go and they arrived quickly and had my car ready when we pulled into the lot. They didn’t charge me anything although my car had been there for almost 8 hours. I thought that was a very kind gesture and I am resolved to use this service whenever it makes sense. Overall a very pleasant experience!

I've been using Park & Go for years. They are pleasant to work with, prices are great, and they are as accommodating as they can be. It’s always nice to come home after a long trip and have the van driver greet me. A short trip later, and I'm back in my own car. I travel a great deal, and they’ve never failed me!

Excellent Service! I used them for the first time a few weeks ago, and plan to use them again next month. It was a super easy process--you drop off your car, they load all your bags into their van, and they drive you to the airport and drop you right at the curb! The driver was very friendly and efficient, and when we got back, we called them to confirm we were ready to be picked up, and less than 10 minutes later they loaded our bags into the van again, and drove us to their lot, where our car was already parked up front and waiting for us. They even loaded our bags into our car. Cannot say enough good things about their customer service and efficiency. It's better than using the airport parking cause you don't have to drag your bags from the parking garage, or worse yet, from long term parking. The price is very competitive, and the service is priceless!

This is a great locally owned business less than 5 minutes from the Charleston Airport. I wish they would franchise because they are incredible. I did NOT make a reservation but they took me on site at the counter. I took the option to have my car washed and detailed. Best Decision Ever! Nothing like coming home to a clean car!! If you need a place to park...stop reading this and call them. I am on their rewards program and I cannot wait to fly out of Charleston. Antidote story. I parked and got in the van with an older woman and her friend. I inquired if this was their first time at Park n Go. She smiled and responded she'd been using them for 14 years!!! So there ya go!!

Great service. Dropped us off to the airport, picked us up quickly after we arrived back, car was waiting for us when we got to lot. Even started it and let the AC run while they loaded it with our luggage. Will definitely use again.
