For plans that include shuttle support, guests are transported to and from Charleston International Airport and your vehicle is coordinated based on the trip details you send in advance.
Trip details should be emailed to park@parkchs.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival and vehicle drop-off so we can coordinate shuttle timing, key handling, and staging.
We assist with pre- and post-trip photo documentation, including exterior, interior, odometer, and fuel level, and flag visible issues to the host promptly.
Fuel top-off coordination is included in Option 3, but fuel itself is billed separately.
