Park CHS Parking Agreement

By using Park CHS’s on-site parking facilities, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Parking at Your Own Risk
Park CHS is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal property, including but not limited to vandalism, weather-related damage, or acts of third parties.

Vehicle Responsibility
Vehicles must be legally parked within designated spaces. Oversized vehicles, trailers, or vehicles parked improperly may be subject to additional fees or towing at the owner’s expense.

Payment & Fees
Parking fees are calculated based on the posted rates at the time of entry. Fees are non-refundable once the vehicle has entered the parking facility, except as required by law.

Compliance with Rules
All vehicles and drivers must comply with posted signage, traffic regulations, and airport parking policies. Failure to comply may result in fines, towing, or removal from the facility.

Abandoned Vehicles
Vehicles left beyond the maximum allowed duration or deemed abandoned may be removed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Liability Limitation
Park CHS shall not be liable for delays, missed flights, or costs incurred due to parking availability, shuttle service interruptions, or facility closures.
